Review Competition | Terms & Conditions
Every month we will be rewarding one lucky customer with a 60 minutes phone reading simply for reviewing one of their psychic readings over the last month in accordance with the Terms and Conditions below
1.	Promoter
1.1	This competition is promoted by Branwell Pty Ltd Trading as Soul 2 Path.
2.	Competition Period:
2.1	The competition will start on 1st July 2024 and will run indefinitely or until such time as we, acting in our sole discretion, decide to terminate it (the "Competition Period").
3.	Who can enter:
3.1	You are entitled to participate in this competition if (i) you are a natural person who is at least 18 years old; (ii) it is lawful for you to be awarded the prize. You may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of Branwell Pty Ltd trading as Soul 2 Path or if you are any of the aforementioned persons' spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner.
4.	How to enter:
4.1	To enter this competition you need to:
	(i)	purchase a reading with soul2path.com during the Compeitition Period, and;
	(ii)	review your psychic reading on the soul2path.com website in the review section. Successfully completing and posting the review on the soul2path.com website will automatically enter you into the monthly random prize draw. Note that should you at any stage act in contravention of section 5 below, we, acting in our sole discretion, will remove your review from the soul2path.com website and withdraw your entry from the competition.
5.	Content of your entry:
5.1	To qualify for entry your review must pass soul2path.com standard review moderation process which requires that your review not contain foul language, obscenities, defamtion, hate speech or any otherwise inapproperate content, including but not limited to service complaints or general queries not relating to the psychic reading quality or functionality, competitor comparisons (such as pricing and availaiblity), or links to external sites. Your reivew must be unique and may not be duplicate of the same psychic reviewed by either yourself or any other individiual. Your review may not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of soul2path.com, its associated companies or any third party. We reserve the right to remove reviews which we deem to be in contravention of this section 5 and to revise our modereation process without notice to you.
6.	How many times you can enter:
6.1	You may enter this competition as many times as you wish as long as your review meets the requirements as set out in section 4 and 5 above. Each unique reivew received during the calendar month will automatically be entered into that month's competition draw. Reviews do not roll over into the next month's draw and therefore you need to have a new reading and submit a new review to enter the following month's draw. All valid entries received as per section 4 above will be pooled together from which the winner will be drawn at random. Please allow at least 72 hours for reviews to be moderated. Due to the technical nature of our business soul2path.com does not guarantee reviews will be published in time for a particular month's draw.
7.	Entry fees:
7.1	There are no entry fees to participate in the competition, and no additional charges involved in acting as set out in section 4 above.
8.	Prize:
8.1	A 60 minutes credit will be assigned to your customer code, reward to winners monthly (one winner per month). The credit is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Further, we are not responsible for any harm due to the loss, unauthorised use or unauthorised distribution of the prize, after we have delviered it to you by SMS.
9.	Winner:
9.1	The monthly winning reivew will be drawn at random from all valid entries received online at soul2path.com as per section 4 above. The winner will be contacted via the phone number associated with their soul2path profile during the first week after the month-end draw, this contact will be via SMS ("Participant Information"). It will be automatically applied to their customer profile for use within a 90 days period.
10.	Disqualification of winner:
10.1	There ar certain situation in which a winner will be disqualified from receipt of his/hr prize, namely;
	(i)	he/she is found to have contravened any other rule set out herein;
	(ii)	upon notification of the prize via SMS, he/she refuses the prize, we wil be entitled in our soul discretion to select another winner from amongst the competition participants.
11.	Use of participant and winner information:
11.1	The winner may be asked to permit the use of his/her image in marketing material, to participate in marketing activities, to permit soul2path.com use of the image uploaded in marketing material. By entering the competition, you consent that soul2path.com can use the contents of the competiiton submission, sych as service review for marketing purposes.
12.	Unforseen events
12.1	In the event of unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel this competition, to change the nunber or nature of the prize at any time or to change the rules at our discretion.
13.	Rules:
13.1	By participating in this competition, you agree to all the competition rules set out above, without exception.
