Terms & Conditions for Online credit card payments


All payments of psychic packages using the online payment credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions:

1. When you complete the online payment transaction, funds will be deducted from your credit card in Australian Dollars.
2, Payments are debited to Soul 2 Path Psychics.
3. Online Credit card payments are secure:
Online payments will be processed directly by Square using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.  Soul 2 Path Psychics does not have access to your credit card details.  We do have access to the transaction number produced by the Credit card provider  which may be used for verification during any correspondence with us.
4. Confirmation:
If successful, our gateway will confirm that your payment was completed.  If unsuccessful, our gateway will advise that your payment has failed.  Soul 2 Path Psychics will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore you should contact your the issuer of the card for details.
5. Pin Numbers:
If your payment was successful our website will generate you a unique PIN number that will be required to access our credit card service.  If you have supplied us with a valid email address, you will receive confirmation of your PIN number when you pack for your package online.
6. Refunds will not be offered on any unused minutes or lost PIN numbers.
7. All information you provide on the credit card payment facility online forms will be handled in accordance with Soul 2 Path Psychics privacy statement.
8. Soul 2 Path Psychics Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time.  Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
9. The Psychic Service:
Soul 2 Path Psychics will endeavour to maintain the service at all times, however we cannot take any accountability for any service down times due to equipment failure and or any third party services involved with the services advertised herein.  We cannot guarantee that you will be put through to the psychic of your choice by either using their PIN number or by choosing them from the carousel of available operators.  If your chosen reader becomes unavailable, you will be put through to the next available reader.  The services are provided for entertainment purposes only.  The minutes you have purchased are used as soon as you connect to the Psychic reader.  PIN number do not expire.  All calls to the service are recorded.  You must be over 18 years old to access the service.  We reserve the right to restrict access to any persons who do not adhere to our terms and conditions.
10. How the Psychic service works:
You pay for your package using our online credit card facilities.  You will be issued a PIN number which will show on the payment success page if your transaction is successful.  You will also be shown a local telephone number to call where you can input your PIN number. All telephone calls are local/nation rates depending which number you call.  You can purchase more minutes online.  If you have any problems with the online payment service please call 1300 376 383.
