Membership

The Program is currently open only to customers of Soul 2 Path with active accounts, except for employees or affiliates of Company, who reside in a jurisdiction which legally permits participation in the Program. In order to be a participant in the Program (a "Member"), an eligible customer will automatically be included in the program from their first purchase. 1st July to 30th June

Tiers

Existing Members

At the beginning of each financial year, existing Members will be placed in a Tier based on the number of reading minutes in the prior financial year. For example, if an existing Member has 350 reading minutes in a financial year, that Member will be in Tier 2 the following financial year. Members can move up a Tier if their reading minuts exceed their current Tier. For example, if a Member starts a financial year in Tier 1, but then has 250 reading minutes in that financial year, the Member will move up to Tier 2 once the Member reaches 350 reading minutes. If a Member is in Tier 3 for two (2) consecutive financial years, the Member will receive complimentary Lifetime Tier 3 membership (i.e., "lifetime"); provided that such "lifetime" does not guarantee Member any rights or benefits, and the terms of the Program (including the benefits, each Member's status, and the continuance of the Program) remain subject to change.

New Members:

Will be placed in a Tier based on the number of reading minutes for the financial year at the time of joining (and not on the number of reading minutes for the prior financial year). For example, if a new Member has 425 reading minutes in the financial year at the time of joining, the new Member will be in Tier 2 (regardless of the number of reading minutes the prior financial year).

We also may periodically offer other promotions through which you may be able to receive points. Any such additional promotions may be subject to additional terms, which will be disclosed at the time the promotion is offered.

Points are automatically redeemed in 1000 points increments for Minutes, which will be deposited into your Soul 2 Path account, at the rate of 0.015 mins per point. Which would give you a free 15 Minutes reading. Points are only available when a customer has an active Soul 2 Path account. Points are not redeemable for cash.

Any non-promotional Soul 2 Path Psychic Minutes in your account (i.e., those purchased as part of a Package) will be applied to your readings before any promitional Good Vibe Rewards are applied.

Expiration of Points

In the event that you do not purchase a package or engage in a psychic reading for a period of twelve (12) months, your Points will expire and will be eliminated.

General Program Terms

We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions governing the Program at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes affect the value of Points already accumulated or your ability to earn or redeem Points or other benefits. Modifications are effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Program (in part or in its entirety) at any time, for any reason. If we suspect that you have failed to comply with these Terms, enaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or otherwise attempted to manipluate or unfairly benefit from the Program, as determined by us, in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to terminated your Program membership, prohibt you from participating in the Program, and take appropriate legal action. If we terminate your Program membership, you will not be able to redeem or otherwise use any Points remaining in your Points balance at the time of termination. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind concerning the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold Company, and its parent, subsidiary or affiliated entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Program, including, but not limited to:

a. techinical errors that may prevent you from earning or redeeming points;
b. inaccuracies in your point balance;
c. defect in any benefit or reward.

Governimg Law

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will be subject to the Governing Law provisions in the Terms & conditions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claims relating in any way to the Program will be resolved by reference to the Dispute Resolution provisions in the Terms & Conditions.
