Our Make It Right Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our psychic reading service and believe you'll have a positive experience with us. However, if your last reading doesn't meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right, subject to the conditions below:
- Submit Your Request: Use the form below to submit your request. Once submitted, we will review it according to our "Make It Right" policy. In most cases, if your request meets our conditions, the minutes will be automatically credited back to your account.
- Time Frame: Claims must be submitted within 60 minutes of the call ending.
- Usage Limits: You must disconnect the call within the first 5 minutes for minute credits back to your account to be eligible. This guarantee is limited to a maximum of three times per calendar year.
- Provide Feedback: To help us continually improve, please provide detailed feedback on why the reading didn’t meet your expectations. We share this information with our psychics for quality assurance.
- Restrictions: Credits apply only to the most recent reading, with a cap of 15 minutes in value. We reserve the right to decline any request if it does not meet our criteria.
- Actions: Upon making a claim and being successful, access to the reader you made the complaint again will be blocked immediately.
