Getting the most from your reading
A few things to keep in mind before you send your first message.
Ask one question at a time. Include the first name or initials of the person you are asking about — this helps your reader tune in to your situation more quickly.
Including your date of birth is optional but helpful — the more context you provide, the stronger the connection your psychic can make.
Each question is up to 160 characters. Messages over 160 characters will draw additional question credits from your balance. Keep your question concise and focused.
Avoid using emojis in your question — they consume extra characters and will draw additional credits from your balance unexpectedly.
General Fate questions are typically answered within 10 minutes. Favourite Psychic questions are answered within 45 minutes.
If your Favourite Psychic does not respond within 45 minutes, your question automatically moves to the General Fate pool to be answered by the next available reader.
