Enter your passcode
Confirm your identity with your passcode. If you’ve forgotten it, the system can send it to you instantly via SMS or email.
Select your psychic
Inside your dashboard, browse the psychics available for offline bookings and choose your favourite reader.
Await your SMS confirmation
Your chosen psychic will be notified of your request. You’ll receive an SMS letting you know whether they have accepted or declined.
Once accepted, you have 10 minutes from the specified time to call in. After this window the booking will be automatically marked as complete.
Call our automated system
When your booking is confirmed, call us and press option 2 from the main menu.
Enter your booking number
When prompted by the automated system, enter the booking number from your SMS confirmation.
You’re connected
You’ll be connected directly with your reader. They won’t appear online and your call remains completely private — no one else will know you’re speaking.
